  • Condition of Products: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. For wigs, they must not have been worn, styled, or altered in any way.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a refund.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, including but not limited to personalized products, opened beauty products, and products that cannot be resold (such as wigs that have been worn or altered), are not eligible for a refund.
